Instead of the illustrated look so common in casual games, Suspects and Clues immerses you in a photorealistic world of famous paintings and images from around the globe. With your eyes as your guide, you track down suspects and uncover a story of mystery and revenge.

Thieves, vandals, and counterfeiters from around the world have joined together for the heist of the century. As the newest member of Inviztigators, Inc., you need to mark the evidence for signs of the crime, identify suspected criminals, and piece together clues left at several international locations. Each task involves a different type of puzzle, requiring differing skills of perception to solve the challenge.

"Casual games have started to incorporate elements of 'spot the differences' puzzles," says John Taylor, President of Spinapse. "But with Suspects and Clues, we wanted to boost the challenge level, add subtle humor, and include other puzzles that play to your visual senses. Along with a good storyline, we think it ties together well."

Before release, Spinapse offered a "sneak peek" of Suspects and Clues on a prominent download site. The game scored high in popularity, landing in the top five for puzzle games and the top fifteen for all games.
